TA SALES STAFF:
Search and expand travel agency partners (Travel Agency):
Search for suitable domestic and international travel companies and travel agents to distribute Tien Sa Show tickets.
Expand relationships with travel partners specializing in bringing groups to Da Nang and the Central region.
Product introduction and cooperation negotiation:
Consulting and introducing Tien Sa Show: program content, cultural values.
Negotiating cooperation terms, discounts, preferential ticket prices for TA partners.
Customer care and booking management:
Supporting agents in booking tickets and handling requests related to Tien Sa Show.
Ensuring that services are performed as committed and promptly responding to any issues that arise.
Collecting feedback from group guests through partners to improve program quality.
Coordinating the organization of promotional activities:
Supporting the organization of events promoting Tien Sa Show to agents and travel companies.
Participating in tourism fairs and roadshows to promote ticket sales.
Organizing familiarization trips for partners to come and see the program.
Market development and sales target achievement:
Set ticket sales target from agents, monitor sales performance, and plan revenue growth.
Support communication and promotion:
Provide detailed information and images of Tien Sa Show to agents for promotion.
Work with marketing department to implement advertising campaigns targeting TA partners.
Requirements:
Understanding of Da Nang and Central Vietnam tourism market.
Experience working with tourism partners, especially in selling entertainment products or shows.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English is an advantage, especially when approaching international markets.
Willing to travel to meet partners and participate in fairs/events.
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN – BACKSTAGE, SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
General requirements:
– Students who have graduated from majors related to Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, Welding or other related majors.
– Dynamic, responsible and enthusiastic in work.
– Talented in drawing, making props.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
DANCER:
Candidate requirements:
Professional training in dance techniques, being able to do acrobatics and high rope swinging is an advantage.
Ability to coordinate movements well with music, good sense of sound.
Pretty appearance, height from 1m60. Love performing arts, willing to participate in training and staging plays.
Working hours:
– Work 6 days / week.
– 1 or 2 shows per day (1 hour each).
Show 1: 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Show 2: 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

ACCOUNT EVENT EXECUTIVE – PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION
Job description:
Perform business operations: Generate ideas, consult, quote, negotiate prices, sign contracts, plan implementation and deployment of services, produce, operate events…
Coordinate with the nearest superior and organize the implementation of the department’s business plan
Participate in production activities, organize events organized by S-Talent.
Search for new customers, build data, expand and develop relationships.
Monitor service quality, contact to resolve issues arising during contract implementation
contract.
Monitor the contract liquidation process, coordinate with the accounting department in urging debt collection and only complete responsibilities when the contract term ends.
Prepare regular or ad hoc work reports as required by the leader
Perform other tasks as required by the leaders and the Board of Directors.
Candidate requirements:
Have more than 3 years of experience in the event industry.
Graduated from University or College majoring in Event Organization, Business Administration or other related majors.

EVENT PLANNER – EVENT ORGANIZATION SPECIALIST
Job description:
Receive information from customers
Create ideas, write proposals and orient the design to follow the right ideas & quotes, present ideas to customers
Create Execution Plan and detailed Checklist of event project implementation work, have good relationships with suppliers or freelancers to deploy production, create visuals, book artists…
Closely follow the work of related teams to ensure that items in the event work checklist are completed fully and on time.
Make contracts and payment procedures
Participate in production and event organization activities organized by S-Talent.
Acceptance after the event
Flexible working hours, proactively arrange working hours as long as deadlines and work progress are met
Prepare regular or ad hoc work reports as required by the leader
Perform other tasks as required by the leaders and the Board of Directors.
Applicant requirements:
Being able to communicate in English (priority in writing) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
